Good Maintenance = Better Production!

The TOX seminar program is the ideal complement to the TOX PRESSOTECHNIK products in your installation. Proper training in maintenance and operation is helpful to understand and make the best use that our products can offer.

The one-day training session usually consists of two modules, a theoretical and an application oriented part. Depending on the market demand, a number of training topics are offered throughout the year, e.g. TOX Clinching Technology, Punching and Force Fitting; TOX Drive Systems (pneumohydraulic, hydraulic, electromechanic); or TOX Process Monitoring Systems. Each training can be adapted to the particular needs of the participants or to their functional requirements, such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance; Production or Design/Planning.
The seminars are oriented to practical requirements. Our technicians and engineers typically use items from running production as well as didactic displays to demonstrate how to maintain the value of your investment, how to detect malfunctions and correct them.
Within the theory part knowledge about Process Monitoring, Measuring / Calibration, Data Analysis and Quality Management is transferred to the attendees.

A complete training documentation will be handed over for future reference and further in-house trainings.

TOX Training takes place in small groups at the TOX premises in Weingarten, Germany.  The quality of our training is evident from the instructional material and direct access to our production and test facilities. Our trainers are senior experts in their field and assure a focus on practical usability, thus a positive return on the investment made.

Any training can, however, be arranged at the customer's on-site location, even for multiple sessions. Available languages are German, English, French and Italian.

We can provide a formal offer for on-site training or you can submit the completed registration form to our next Powerpackage in-house training.
